Interested in trying new brands or new categories? Well come along and get into the “spirit”.  Since 2019, Wake County ABC has worked with various brands and hosted tastings at many of our Stores.   Not all of our stores host tastings because of space or product limitations. There aren’t tastings every day either because they are scheduled and run by the brand themselves.  Wake County ABC simply makes the area available within the store and orders the product.  It is not a Wake County ABC employee working the tasting.

 

It’s free of charge but please know that there are laws that MUST be adhered to.  They are:

  • We cannot advertise or spotlight one brand over another.  That is why you will see only the category listed (Whiskey…Gin…Canned Cocktail…Liqueur…etc.)
  • You can only have two of a 1/4-ounce pour of each product, and no more than two products can be consumed.  You cannot pay to obtain more.

 

Below are a list of upcoming dates, times, and locations pouring various spirits.  Please take note that these tastings are suspectable to change/cancellation if the Brand Representative so chooses.  We apologize because sometimes that is thrown upon us at the last minute.  We’ll update this website periodically so come on by and see us.  Feel free to contact us at 919.832.2726 with any questions.
