NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The public will take notice that the Wake County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board has scheduled a special called meeting for 2:00 pm on April 15, 2024 to consider financing options involving the purchase of real property.  If the public were to have any questions, or wish to present comment, then such needs to be made in writing to the General Manager (bhicks@wakeabc.com).

Wake County Alcoholic Beverage Control

The Wake County Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control strives to make alcoholic beverages available for consumption, while protecting both the consumer and the general public. One of our goals is to optimize profitability, and to distribute funds in a way that benefits the community and local governments.

The Wake County Board of Alcoholic Control wants to consistently provide excellent customer service in a pleasant shopping environment. We pride ourselves on having stores that are clean, organized, and safe.

Wake County ABC is hiring both full time and part time store staff members. Full time staff start out at $20.42/hour and have excellent health/dental/vision benefits, 401k, and more. We are looking for people who will work hard and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
